Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for personalized products, gift cards or final sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you’d like is to return the original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order separately.

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

StimU additionally offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, as outlined above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
